If you can't tell, Michele Taormina is mom to founder Vince Taormina. She grew up in a small Kentucky town (Central City), something that is hard to miss from talking with her! Despite living in St. Louis for well-over twenty years, she still gets asked "Where are you from?" on a regular basis.

Michele has her Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Before having children, she taught elementary school in Lexington, Kentucky (she was featured on the local news her first day on the job), and opened a preschool in Central City upon moving back there in 1994. Prior to joining The Taormina Firm, she taught 5th and 6th grade a St. Clare of Assisi in Ellisville. She is an active and engaging mother and soon-to-be grandmother.

Michele is the happiest when she is with her family, which includes her husband of 31+ years, her son (Vince), two daughters, son-in-law, and her future granddaughter. Following her diagnosis and recovery from breast cancer at the age of 41, Michele continues to serve as a mentor for numerous women and men going through cancer.

She is very excited about helping her son grow his business and reach his goal of becoming the preeminent estate planning law firm in the St. Louis area.
